General Information

The Court of Arbitration of the CED (TACED) is a non-profit organisation independent of any organisation. It provides the necessary services to facilitate the resolution of disputes through arbitration through procedural rules published in the Rules of TACED. In addition, the TACED gives advisory opinions on legal questions.

The TACED was created in 1999 and is under the administrative and financial authority of the Distribution Business Council (CED).

The the CED was established in Barcelona on March 4, 1994. It was legally registered in the Interior Ministry with the number 130880. It has CIF G60561149.
