Admission rights
Each party involved in a dispute submitted to institutional arbitration of the TACED, must pay to the Office of the Court a minimum amount of € 700 for its request for arbitration or interest is registered.
IMPORTANT: When the procedure is initiated by a graduated clause, the right of admission is free.
Administration Rights
Unique: 1.5% of the economic interest of the dispute, with a minimum of 500 € and a maximum of 9,000€.
For cases of undetermined amount, it will be fixed the economic interest in the sum of 200,000 €.
IMPORTANT: When the procedure is initiated by a Graduated Clause, the right of admission is set at:
Unique: 1.5% of the economic interest of the conflict with a maximum of € 9,000 and no minimum payment.
For cases of undetermined amount, it will be fixed the economic interest in the sum of 200,000 €.
* Administration rights will be paid by each party, when it is required to them by the Court, once the process started. .
Costs and fees of the arbitrators
The amount of fees to be paid to each arbitrator is fixed by the General Secretary of the TACED based on the work provided by each arbitrator and on the basis of time reasonably spent on the task by the members of each group. In principle, the following:

They will be paid by each party at the time it is required to them by the Court, once the process started.

If circumstances make it necessary, the Chairman may decide at the proposal of the General Secretary, to apply some expenditures required for the arbitral resolution to the above mentioned rates.
These rates will correspond to the reimbursement that the referee/s have had to assume fully justified with receipts and always in the next budgetary framework:
Travel by plane
up to 2500 km each way: price of economy class ticket (determined by the TACED);
more than 2500 km: price of a business class ticket (determined by the TACED);
Travel by train
price of a first class ticket;
Travel by Car
price of a return ticket in first class rail;
Hprice of a hotel room, medium and luxury category, up to € 200 per night;
Food
maximum of 150€ per day.
If an arbitrator does not present a summary of his work or receipts for reimbursement of expenses within 30 days of notification of the final award it shall be deemed to have waived their fees and costs.
National taxes such as VAT, where applicable, in relation to the amounts paid by the TACED shall be borne by the referees.
